Nurse - ( AAL6-OSA0119 )

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (General)
  • Valid Nursing License
  • Bahraini National
  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • Proficient in English and Arabic (Written & Spoken)
  • Ability to manage student medical documentation and records
  • Ability to make presentations to students and staff on health awareness in English and Arabic
DESIRED CRITERIA:
  • Awareness of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Responsiveness to student needs
  • Strong team working skills

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
  • Masters Degree in Neurodevelopmental Sciences or its equivalent
  • Approved by NHRA
DESIRED CRITERIA:
  • Minimum two years experience
  • Expertise in Counselling & Psychotherapy, CBT, OCD, ADHD, ASD and Mindfulness therapy

Academic Dean, College of Art and Design (FA4-AD010920)

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
  • PhD Degree in any field of Art and Design or it’s equivalent
  • Hold the minimum of an Associate Academic rank
  • At least 2 years of experience in the same capacity or 3 - 5 years of experience as Head of Department of Art and Design.
  • Excellent ability to engage with multiple constituencies, including students, Faculty members, staff, and alumni, as well as leaders in the business, political, social, and governmental sectors locally, nationally, and internationally
  • Knowledgeable of relevant professional bodies in Business areas
  • With academic experience, excellent in teaching or research, and governance
  • Evidence of collaborative program development
  • With experience in the effective management of the human resource, financial and administration functions of a department / unit / centre in a tertiary environment
  • With experience in developing and implementing effective policies and procedures
DESIRED CRITERIA:
  • Demonstrated understanding of accreditation and qualification framework.
  • Effective interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and provide leadership for a broad range of stakeholders both on and off campus
  • Demonstrated ability to operate and maintain relationships within a multi-cultural environment

Royal University for Women is the first private, purpose-built, international university in the Kingdom of Bahrain dedicated solely to educating women, accredited by Bahrain’s Higher Education Council. RUW's initial degree programmes were designed in collaboration with two reputed universities, McGill University in Canada and Middlesex University in the U.K. Over the past seven years RUW has undergone several Accreditations & Quality Reviews. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
  • PhD in Banking & Finance / Marketing / Human Resources/ International Business or it’s equivalent
  • Four years of teaching experience in a university setting
  • Excellent ability to engage with multiple constituencies, including students, Faculty members, staff, and alumni, as well as leaders in the business, political, social, and governmental sectors locally, nationally, and internationally
  • Knowledgeable of relevant professional and academic bodies in Business areas
  • Experience in academic administration to evidence familiarity with academic programmes, policies and regulations necessary to smoothly govern the activities of college in the university
  • Evidence of collaborative program development
  • With experience in the effective management of the human resource, financial and administration functions of a department / unit / center in a tertiary environment
  • With experience in developing and implementing effective policies and procedures.
  • Having a proven record as a leader, Instructor and public servant in variety of settings is critical
DESIRED CRITERIA:
  • Demonstrated understanding of accreditation (including AACSB) and qualification framework.
  • Effective interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and provide leadership for a broad range of stakeholders both on and off campus
  • Demonstrated ability to operate and maintain relationships within a multi-cultural environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Strategic planning and Interdisciplinary scholarly skills
