College of Art & Design Programmes within College review

Commencing on 31st October 2016, QAAU hosted the reviewers from National Authority for Qualifications and Quality Assurance for Education & Training (QQA) who visited RUW for a review of four programmes within the College of Art and Design; Fashion Design, Graphic Design, Interior Design and Design Management. The three-day visit was conducted by a panel of eight international members in addition to Review Directors and representatives from the QQA.
In addition to the review of the programmes and their quality processes, the panel members had meetings with internal and external stakeholders including the Advisory Committee members, alumnae, students, employers and external examiners/verifiers.
The visit was wrapped up with a positive verbal feedback, and the final official feedback will later be submitted to the university for factual accuracy.
