QAAU SERVICES

In the broadest terms, the QAAU has a wide range of standard operating tasks including but not limited to increasing preparedness for future institutional reviews and accreditation, maintaining documentation, organising the Site Visits for Programme and Institutional Reviews, managing documentation, maintaining ISO 9001:2015 certificate through conducting internal audits for the administrative sector, and monitoring performance through management of the balanced scorecard and operational plans.

The QAAU reports into the Office of the President. It is represented in the university Senate and the Deans’ Council and contributes to enhancement initiatives by ensuring that the academic and administrative sectors of the university are operating along regulatory expectations.
