Dr. Humam Elagha has more than ten years of academic experience in the field of Information Technology at many universities in the United Arab Emirates, Palestine, and Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. Dr. Elagha's current research interests lie in the areas of Information Systems Management and IT Governance. He is an active researcher and has published more than 10 publications in international journals and conferences. Dr. Elagha is currently the Head of Computer Science and Information Technology Department where he has served since January 2013. Dr. Elagha has joined the Royal University for Women in August 2012 as Assistant Professor at the College of Information Technology.

Mr. Sami Mohamed Dagash received his BSc degree in Computer Science from Al Zaytoonah University in Jordan and obtained his Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Science (USM) Penang, Malaysia. From 2008-2011, Mr. Sami worked as a Lecturer in Computer Science at the University College of Bahrain where he coordinated the Internship-practicum programme and taught many IT courses. He has a particular interest in Object-Oriented Programming, Web Design, and Visual Programming. Prior to taking up his academic positions he worked alongside IT Project Managers as a Business Development Manager in a specialized IT Company located in Kuwait. Mr. Sami joined the College of Information Technology at the Royal University for Women in September, 2011.

Dr. Ahmed Ali received his PhD degree in Modeling, Virtual Environments & Simulations (CS Department) from NPS, USA, 2011. He has an excellent blend of MSc and BSc degrees in the fields of engineering and management earned from NPS (USA), UoB (Kingdom of Bahrain) and CU (UK), 1998-2008. His interests centre on improving the understanding and performance of modelling and simulation applications of real-world problems, mainly through statistics and operation research techniques. He is also active in the field of management with main focuses on operation/project management, quality management systems and OD programs. Dr. Ahmed has an excellent work experience in maintenance and logistics (supply-chain systems) within the aviation industry. He also has over 5 years of academic experience teaching at national universities in degrees-related programs. He has a number of publications (IEEE, WSC) and attended several national and international conferences.
